Ignition coil D is located on top of cylinder #4, which is the middle
cylinder on the bank towards the front of the vehicle. There may be a
service bulletin on this condition so it might be worth it to take it to a
Lexus dealer, especially if your vehicle is still under the basic or
emissions warranty.

You're welcome. To be a little more specific on the service bulletin, I
found bulletins regarding the same diagnostic trouble code (DTC) on 2008
model year RX models so there may be bulletins for your model year. The
component should be covered by the basic warranty and would probably be
covered if the vehicle failed an emissions test due to the condition.

Swapped coils of cyl 4 and 6, and the DTC moved to the other cyl. So, bought a replacement coil and it works just fine now. Regarding the TSB's, the vehicle is out of warranty, so I'm on my own.

Thanks,
Don
